summer sherbet quilt top.
7.08.2011
I feel like I have been slacking on my quilts this summer! Which is okay considering it's summer and I feel like I need to be outside rather than sitting inside with my sewing machine, but I kind of miss the feeling of being productive! I've had this zigzag pieced for a few months now and finally put the rest of the top together this week.

Welcome to Bijou Lovely. This blog is named after my great grandmother, Bijou Lillian, who encouraged me to embrace all the lovely things that the world has to offer. I hope to provide you with inspiration for sewing, quilting, photography, design, and daily life here at Bijou Lovely! It's truly lovely to have you here.

Love it! So gorgeous. :)
ReplyDeleteA very dramatic color scheme!
ReplyDeleteI love the colors. So vivid.
ReplyDeleteI love this quilt! So simple, and so modern looking. I think I've finally found what I'll do for my first foray into quilt-making.
ReplyDeleteJust wondering: What fabric did you use? Are they kona cottons?
I can't wait to see how you quilt this!
