I finished up this quilt top just in time, using the Corsage and X and + prints from her Sun Print line.
I alternated the blocks in different directions, and I love the movement it gives to the quilt.

Love the new design! I am also bad at naming things. I keep thinking "mixed signals" for this one since it seems like you're being pointed in every direction. :)

ReplyDeleteI love the quilt - all that energy and motion. I think Vicissitude would make a good name - descriptive, and also I just love the sound of that word.
ReplyDeleteAlso, I'm following your blog via Feedly.
ReplyDeleteThe fabric is beautiful, and I love the quilt you made with it. The pattern name should involve "arrows", but other than that I'm at a loss.
ReplyDeleteooooooh! This is one of those simple, yet stunning quilt designs that makes me think - why isn't everyone doing that? It's so cool, Holly! You rock. That picture with your cutie guy is fabulous. Pinning it now!

ReplyDeleteSo much color in so few blocks -- this is a powerful quilt. Rather than read the triangles as arrows, I see them as totem poles so I would name this one "Totem."
ReplyDeleteLove it!
ReplyDeleteLove the new quilt. "Gathering Flock", is my attempt at a name. I didn't read the previous thousand or so comment, so I don't know if it's a duplicate.
