10 fabric bucket.

3.14.2011

I put my herringbone string blocks to use this weekend, making a fabric bucket for my Make Mine Modern Swap partner!
I added a linen base and lining with some Peltex inside to help it hold its shape.  I forgot how difficult it is to fit the corners through my machine!  But it turned out okay and now I kind of want to make one for myself.
In other news, I finally replaced my 3 year old Blackberry Pearl this weekend.  It was time for a new phone.
Now I just need to find a prettier case for it.  I'm leaning towards this one at the moment.

  2. I know my comments always say "Oh, I love this!" but it's true. :) I'm always impressed with the fabric combinations you choose, and wish I could ask your advice on fabric for every project I make! Also, that iPhone case is beautiful.

What kind of linen did you use? I'm on the eternal search for the perfect linen.
