18 ABC progress and comment problems.

10.14.2011

Happy Friday friends!  I made a little progress on my Daisychain ABC Sampler at the Sewing Summit.  I can't seem to find my black wool to finish the "C", but other than that I'm finished with 4 letters!  I love working on this piece so I'm taking my time on it.

I've heard from several different people that they've had trouble commenting on my blog lately.  I have no idea why this is happening, but it makes me sad that some of you can't comment when you want to!  I've switched back to the pop-up comment window, maybe that will fix things?  Can you try to leave a comment here to let me know it's working?  If you're still having problems, please shoot me an email at bijoulovely@gmail.com and I will do some more research to figure out what's wrong.  Thanks and have a good weekend!

  3. Oh it's beautiful! I'm not sure I'd have enough patience to embroider things, but I love when other people do it!

  5. I have the pattern but have been too chicken to start - new to embroidery, think it's too ambitious for a first time project?

I love the color you've chosen for your background, and everything looks great so far!

  8. wow...so pretty! Can't wait to see how it comes along :)
I was having trouble commenting on people's blogs a few weeks ago, turns out it was my reader... Not sure if that's the same problem people are having here, but if you're getting people telling you that they get some odd error code from their reader...then its the same. I just had to make sure that when I log into my reader I don't click "remember me", and now it works. Anyway, yours seems to be working here, at least for some! :)

  11. super cute! I saw this at Summit and it looks great!
I'm thinking of doing it, too, but I might fudge and just use DMC floss. Does the kit come with the crewel stuff? I've never used that before.
