315 Giveaway from Fat Quarter Shop: Meadow FQ Bundle.

2.21.2014

Happy Friday!  I am in a really good mood today, I hope you are too! :)  Our restaurant finally reopens on Monday after experiencing some severe damage from burst pipes earlier this year.  Half of the building was basically gutted, but it's finally put back together now and looking really nice.  I can't wait to be able to eat there again, I can't decide what I'm going to order first!  :)  The Quiltcon 2015 dates were announced today too, and I'm really looking forward to heading to Austin again!

Fat Quarter Shop has an amazing giveaway for you today!  I asked if I could giveaway some fabrics from a new line from one of my favorite designers, Leah Duncan.  Her new Meadow collection is so vibrant and happy!

Meadow has just arrived at FQS this week, so make sure to check it out.  There are some great blenders and some awesome graphic and floral prints.  I am dreaming of a quilt made out of these, but I think they'd be great for garments too.

Aren't they pretty?  Fat Quarter Shop is giving away a fat quarter bundle of the Hills Picnic colorway to one of you!
To enter, simply leave a comment on this post!  Tell me what you'd make with Meadow, or anything else you feel like sharing!  I'll choose a winner on Monday (2/24).  As usual, followers get an extra entry by leaving an additional comment.  Please make sure to leave your email address so I can contact the winner!

Update:  This giveaway is now closed!  Congrats to our winner, Kristen!

Thank you Fat Quarter Shop for the generous giveaway!  I have another fun post planned in collaboration with Fat Quarter Shop on Monday, so make sure to stop by next week for that!

  2. Thanks for the chance to win. My husband and I started a new "tradition" last weekend by taking a quilt to the park and just sitting for about 20 minutes. No electronic devices, no tv, nothing except us and the (fleeting) sun. It was great. So I'd make a park quilt because the one I took was a bit small.

  76. My favourite restaurant was sold and has now closed down. I sooo miss it. We used to go there every week, sometimes more. Birthdays, celebrations, family meals, dates with my hubby, that was the only place we headed. I ordered the same meal every time, for over 10 years and they knew us so well the chef would start preparing our meal as soon as she saw us walk in the door. When they sold, we cried! So I can understand you missing your restaurant and your excitement at it re opening. Enjoy!
